Upon receipt of your request and deposit, we will confirm your booking. From this point onwards, cancellation charges will apply, and a confirmation with the details of your arrangements will be sent. Please note that a telephone booking confirmation holds the same validity as one made/confirmed in writing.
A booking can be made with an initial deposit of £100 to £150 per person, payable by card or through bank transfer. The remaining balance must be settled in the company’s bank account.
Charter Flight Arrangements: The price shown on your confirmation invoice will not be subject to any surcharges.
Scheduled Flight Arrangements: Scheduled airlines reserve the right to increase prices at any time. The price shown on the confirmation invoice will only be guaranteed once full payment is received before the due date. Please note that the deposit guarantees your seat, but not the price.
Government Action: Our price guarantee does not cover increases caused by direct government actions, such as VAT or passenger levies.
Minor Changes: If there are any minor changes to your holiday arrangements, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Major Changes: In the unlikely event that we have to make any major changes to your holiday arrangements (e.g., a change of departure time by more than 12 hours, change of airport, or change in aircraft type), we will notify you immediately. We aim to minimize any inconvenience caused and will offer alternative arrangements as close as possible to your original choice. Should you choose to cancel, you will be reimbursed for all amounts paid.
Some holidays are based on a minimum number of participants. If these numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund all payments made. Prices are subject to increase if the group size is reduced.
The details of airlines, flight numbers, schedules, and destination airports will be shown on your confirmation invoice. We regret we cannot guarantee specific aircraft types or airlines.
We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance. We will be happy to provide a quote for insurance. If you choose to decline our insurance, you will be asked to sign an indemnity form acknowledging that you understand the risks of not having coverage.
The person making the booking is responsible for payment of the full price of the arrangements for all passengers listed on the invoice.
No booking will be confirmed until the required deposit has been received by the Company.
If you wish to change any part of your booking (other than increasing the number of people in your party), you may do so subject to availability, and you will be required to pay an amendment fee per person. Additional taxes or surcharges may be applied and will be communicated to you prior to ticket issue.
Before Ticket Issuance: If you or any member of your party needs to cancel, you must notify us in writing. The customer will be responsible for a minimum cancellation fee of £75 per person, in addition to the loss of the deposit.
After Ticket Issue: If cancellation occurs after ticket issuance, a 100% cancellation fee applies in most cases. For charter flights, this fee is 100% before and after ticket issuance.
If you experience any issues during your holiday, it is a legal requirement to notify the property owner, hotel management, or our local agent, who will attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved locally, you must obtain written confirmation and follow up within 28 days of your return home with all relevant details.
